PEKIN INSURANCE ANNOUNCES NEW ROADSIDE RESCUE SERVICE FOR POLICYHOLDERS

American Business Insurance, Inc., your local Pekin Insurance agency in Greenwood, IN, can now provide policyholders with one-call-does-it-all Roadside Rescue coverage that is designed to handle emergency roadside service claims. There is no additional charge for this service if the policyholder already has towing coverage on their auto policy with Pekin Insurance.

“Our goal is to continually provide peace of mind to our policyholders,” said Vice President - Claims Curt Eeten. “Our new Roadside Rescue program will assist our policyholders in remaining untroubled about those things they simply cannot anticipate while they or other family members are on the road.”

With the Roadside Rescue coverage, a policyholder can make one easy phone call to the Company’s Claim Call Center, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, when they are in need of roadside assistance. The types of services provided by the new emergency roadside coverage include towing; tire change for flat tire; out of gas/emergency fuel delivery; dead battery jump-starts; lock service (service provider will come to the vehicle location to unlock the door of the vehicle and provide assistance if the key is lost or broken); minor mechanical assistance (minor roadside repairs provided by a qualified Roadside Assistance representative); and concierge/one-call claim service (assistance in arranging alternative transportation, finding an ATM or hotel, or locating other necessary services in the event of a breakdown).
